Society
Construction of our Four Buildings and handover was done by Cidco in the year 1974.
And was established as E Type Apartment Owners Association of all four building E9 to E12.
In Association members meeting in the year 2015, Assocition Secretary Mr. Deshmukh was decides to start work for convertion of Assication to Society.
As discussed in the meeting Mr. Chandan Vajekar ( Flat No. E9/2:1 ) and Mr. Sisir Mondal ( Flat No. E12/ ) started to prepare the files of each Flat Owners by collecting necessary documents from them.
All this collected data was very helpful at the time of formation of Society.
And then …………New society formed in the name of ORBIT CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY on 19th December 2023.
सोसायटीबद्दल
आपल्या चार इमारतींचे बांधकाम आणि हस्तांतरण सिडकोने १९७४ मध्ये केले.
आणि ई - ९ ते ई – १२ ह्या चारही इमारतींची सोसायटी अपार्टमेंट मालक संघटना म्हणून स्थापन झाली.
२०१५ मध्ये झालेल्या असोसिएशनच्या सदस्यांच्या बैठकीत असोसिएशनचे, सोसायटीमध्ये रूपांतर करण्यासाठी काम सुरू करण्याचा निर्णय असोसिएशनचे त्यावेळेचे सचिव श्री. देशमुख यांनी घेतला.
बैठकीत चर्चा केल्याप्रमाणे श्री. चंदन वाजेकर (फ्लॅट क्रमांक ई ९ / २ : १ ) आणि श्री. शिशीर मोंडल (फ्लॅट क्रमांक ई १२ / ) यांनी प्रत्येक फ्लॅट मालकांकडून आवश्यक कागदपत्रे गोळा करून त्यांच्या फायली तयार करण्यास सुरुवात केली.
सोसायटीच्या स्थापनेच्या वेळी हा सर्व गोळा केलेला डेटा खूप उपयुक्त ठरला.
आणि मग …………
१९ डिसेंबर २०२३ रोजी ऑर्बिट को-ऑपरेटिव्ह हाऊसिंग सोसायटीच्या नावाने नवीन सोसायटीची स्थापना झाली.
